Job Title: UAT Tester – Banking Domain

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a UAT Tester with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Banking Domain, specializing in end-to-end digital banking modules. The candidate will be responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing to ensure that digital banking applications meet business requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute UAT test cases based on business processes in digital banking.
  • Conduct UAT testing across banking modules including:
  • STP (Straight-Through Processing)
  • Local & Overseas Transfers
  • QR Payments
  • Credit Card Services
  • Fixed Deposit (FD) Modules
  • Dashboard & Account Overview
  • Loans & Financing Journeys
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Document, track, and report defects, coordinating with development teams for timely resolution.
  • Provide clear test status updates and communicate risks or challenges to project management.

Experience Required:

  • 3 to 5 years of User Acceptance Testing experience within the Banking Domain.
  • Hands-on experience with digital banking modules listed above.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and digital banking processes.
  • Experience creating detailed test cases and executing test scripts.
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM is an advantage.
  • Experience working in Agile or waterfall SDLC environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to banking core systems or digital banking platforms.
  • Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4, RM8,000.00 per month
