Job Description:

  • Ensure that all inbound cargo receive are in accordance with customer documents or checklist from container.
  • Ensure that the overall Quality, quantity procedures are adhered to at all time.
  • All materials & finish goods to be handle as specified in the handling set procedures, as to avoid damages and safety requirements.
  • Ensure that all documentation related to inbound, storage and outbound are within the set guideline policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Ensure that all activities related to storage and replenishment are within the set guidelines of handling and safety measures.
  • All related activities to Incoming and Allocation are within the set guidelines in relation to handling, safety, control, and documentation.
  • All related activities to Retagging and Sorting are within the set timeline.
  • Ensure that all data in stock Management system are precisely and in conformity with exact requirements.
  • All transaction is updated timely to avoid any discrepancy between physical & system.
  • All discrepancy is investigated within the set guidelines policy.
  • All activities relating to housekeeping, safety & security measures to be strictly adhered as per the set guidelines by the company Ensure ISO compliance for warehouse.
  • Contribute to other developing of the department.
  • Work closely with Executive on manpower arrangement and warehouse planning.
  • Data entry and filing documents.
  • Any adhoc duties that assigned by Managers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
