We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Operation Executive to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide and effective planning, strategy and advisory plan for warehouse and operation.
  • Responsible for activities pertaining stock handling, transportation and internal/external transfer, stock audit, supplies adequacy, security and maintenance.
  • Lead and oversee operations including receiving, storage, scheduling deliveries to adhere company policy and operating standard.
  • Ensure compliance with the government established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, practice of good governance and integrity in the overall process and practices to support operations
  • Plan and manage warehouse and operation activities in the safest and cost effective.
  • Manage ad-hoc and urgent request of materials with no interruption to operations.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff for inventory movement and ensure the accuracy of stock in higher level at all times.
  • Responsible for weekly, monthly and annual stock count/audit.
  • Coordinate with the customer/customer service team to ensure timely cargo and documentation readiness in connection with cargo pick up, gate in/out, customs clearance and other delivery activities.
  • Continuously review processes identify and improve warehouse operation procedures.
  • Prepare and review SOP and work instruction from time to time.
  • Produce and update status of warehouse and delivery statistic to management.
  • Manage to utilize warehouse space
  • Manage for billing to customer upon job completion.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field preferably in the logistics industry, with knowledge of freight forwarding (air and sea) as an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
