The Warehouse Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory control for assigned contracts or clients, ensuring all physical and system transactions are accurately updated, verified, and reconciled in a timely manner. This includes monitoring KPIs and compiling operational and financial data for regular review, assisting the Senior Warehouse Manager in maintaining efficiency and effectiveness, and ensuring all documentation is complete. The role also involves inspecting goods for accuracy and condition during receiving and storage, conducting regular stock counts, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and recommending process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Key Activities / Accountabilities:-

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure strict adherence to SOPs.
  • Lead and monitor team performance to meet operational targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
  • Plan and implement effective inventory control processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, KPI tracking, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and quality audits.
  • Monitor staff discipline, performance, and provide fair appraisals.
  • Manage and verify overtime claims and monthly expenditures.
  • Ensure FEFO compliance in all inbound and outbound activities.
  • Maintain proper pallet control and provide regular inventory updates.
  • Communicate customer feedback, requirements, and issues to management.
  • Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • Membership with a recognized logistics institute is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role and 5 years in a 3PL or FMCG environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, MRP, WMS, or SAP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, business writing, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage processes efficiently.
  • Ability to design and improve operational and inventory control processes.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Working Hours:

1500hrs - 2300hrs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
