1. Sales Execution

  • Implement sales strategies set by the Executive, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Actively engage with customers, recommending suitable products and closing sales.
  • Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.

2. Customer Engagement

  • Build relationships with customers, particularly high-value or repeat clients.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations that are beyond the Assistant's scope, resolving issues quickly.
  • Collect customer insights and report patterns or trends to the Executive.

3. Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with the Executive to execute in-showroom promotions and campaigns.
  • Ensure product displays are updated and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor promotions and provide input for pricing and campaign strategies.

4. Operational Responsibilities

  • Oversee accurate order processing, invoicing, and billing.
  • Ensure daily cash closing and financial accuracy before submission to finance.

5. Team Support & Guidance

  • Supervise and guide the Customer Service Assistant in day-to-day operations.
  • Provide coaching on sales techniques, customer handling, and product knowledge.
  • Step in to ensure operational continuity during the Assistant's absence.

6. Reporting

  • Prepare sales updates for the Executive and highlight challenges that require escalation.
  • Track daily/weekly showroom performance and propose improvements.

Requirements:

  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain good client relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in promotional activities.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word/Excel /PowerPoint.
