The Opportunity

Letrik MK Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and experienced Factory Manager to join our dynamic team at our store site in Simpang Pulai Perak. As the Factory Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the overall efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the overall operations of the factory, including production, quality control, maintenance, and inventory management
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
  3. Oversee the work of production teams, providing direction, training, and performance management
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements
  6. Analyse production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  7. Manage budgets and resources to optimise operational costs and meet financial targets
  8. Represent the factory and liaise with stakeholders, including customers and suppliers

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar factory management role, preferably in the electrical goods and construction.
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions
  3. Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  4. Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to drive operational improvements
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
