Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our team at a leading financial institution. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives, while working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: To conduct market research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer demographics. This could involve using online tools, surveys and data analysis to gather insights.
  2. Social Media: To assist in managing the company's social media accounts. This includes creating content calendars, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media metrics.
  3. Content Creation: To create content for various marketing channels such as emails, newsletters or website updates. This could involve writing, graphic design or video production depending on the intern's skills and interests.
  4. Campaign Assistance: Involve in planning and running marketing campaigns.
  5. Data Analysis: To assist in analyzing marketing data to understand trends and campaign effectiveness
  6. Event Support: To assist in organizing marketing events. This could include logistics planning, promotional materials, and on-site support.
  7. SEO Help: Involved in optimizing the company website for search engines.
  8. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various channels like email or social media.
  9. Report Compilation: Prepare reports summarizing market analysis findings.
  10. Shadowing opportunity: To observe and learn from different marketing team members.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 months internship period.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
