Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial documents and records
- Handle daily accounting transactions such as invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers
- Perform data entry into accounting systems and verify accuracy of information
- Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Help prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries
- Maintain organized record-keeping systems (physical and digital)
- Respond to vendor/client inquiries regarding billing or payment issues
- Assist auditors by providing necessary documentation
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, document preparation, scheduling)
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates may apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, MYOB, Xero) is a plus
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
