Poppylab is a growing Malaysian jewelry and accessories brand that focuses mainly on fun, quirky earrings and accessories. While Poppylab is mainly an online based business, pop-up shops to boost and drive sales as well as provide customers with a different shopping experience occur once in a while.

We are looking for a retail sales assistant:

  • for a pop-up shop happening in Sunway 163 & Publika Shopping Gallery Mall
  • attractive remuneration i.e. commission based, performance bonus, early attendance bonus and many more
  • flexible days: 4 days/week (part-timers needed for these dates: 10th - 23rd November Mall) and 5th - 28th December 2025 (Publika)

Responsibilities:

  • A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the pop-up store
  • Important to meet sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.
  • Perform cashiering functions.
  • Recommend and promote products to meet customers' needs and objectives.
  • Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display, and assisting in general housekeeping of pop-up shop to ensure clean, neat and presentable overall shop outlook.
  • Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Individuals who have keen interest and enjoy fashion, jewelry and accessories.
  • Must have good communication skills i.e. English. Mandarin and BM is a plus
  • Individuals who are responsible, hardworking, mature and of pleasant personality are encouraged to apply. Self-motivated sales persons are added advantages.
  • Possess own transportation to Sunway 163 and/or Publika Shopping Gallery Mall
  • Experience is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance, Fresh graduate, Student job

Contract length: 3.5 weeks

Pay: RM13.00 per hour
