Join our team and be part of a dynamic retail environment where customer satisfaction and team collaboration are key. We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant who is energetic, friendly and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
  • Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
  • Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
  • Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service
  • Assisting in all aspects of outlet, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate in more than 2 languages (English, Malaysia, Mandarin)
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing/retail field
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and exhibit passion for the outdoor brand and retail industry
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
  • Have basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Comfortable with 5 days work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • The Placement will be at one of our shop EIGER Adventure stores at Jalan Ampang, The Curve Damansara, MyTOWN Shopping Center
