What you'll be doing?

  • Market Analysis: Analyze trends and prepare forecasts to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and increase market share.
  • Brand Management: Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate marketing strategies with sales, financial, and operations departments to ensure alignment.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing department's budget effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the marketing department's staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to the Managing Director, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the brand at trade shows and major industry events, expanding our network and visibility.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest marketing strategies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least two years of experience as a marketing manager in the consumer electronics industry, demonstrating growth and success in previous roles.
  • Marketing Expertise: Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding in the industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Organization: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as necessary for business needs.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with suppliers from China and serve our diverse client base.
