Talent Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Succession Planning & Talent Pipelines
Develop, implement, and manage a robust succession planning framework to identify and prepare high-potential talent for critical roles.
- Facilitate talent review discussions with leadership to assess bench strength and address succession gaps.
- Collaborate with business leaders to create career pathing and development plans for key talent.
Organizational Development & Behavior
Conduct organizational assessments and culture diagnostics to recommend strategies that foster a high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance on team dynamics, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Partner with HRBPs to design and implement interventions that drive behavioral change aligned with company values and goals.
Leadership & Capability Development
Identify leadership capability gaps and propose targeted solutions such as coaching, mentoring, and stretch assignments.
- Design frameworks to assess leadership effectiveness and support ongoing leadership development.
Talent Analytics & Reporting
Use data-driven insights to support talent decisions and track the effectiveness of development initiatives.
- Report regularly to senior management on talent health metrics, succession coverage, and organizational effectiveness indicators.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on talent strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and external partners to drive people development agendas.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related areas.
- Strong background in succession planning, leadership development, and organizational behavior.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of business operations and talent implications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in talent assessment tools and organizational development methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data for decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or professional certification in Talent Management or Organizational Development.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering-based organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
