Key Responsibilities:

  • Succession Planning & Talent Pipelines

  • Develop, implement, and manage a robust succession planning framework to identify and prepare high-potential talent for critical roles.

  • Facilitate talent review discussions with leadership to assess bench strength and address succession gaps.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create career pathing and development plans for key talent.
  • Organizational Development & Behavior

  • Conduct organizational assessments and culture diagnostics to recommend strategies that foster a high-performance culture.

  • Provide guidance on team dynamics, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Partner with HRBPs to design and implement interventions that drive behavioral change aligned with company values and goals.
  • Leadership & Capability Development

  • Identify leadership capability gaps and propose targeted solutions such as coaching, mentoring, and stretch assignments.

  • Design frameworks to assess leadership effectiveness and support ongoing leadership development.
  • Talent Analytics & Reporting

  • Use data-driven insights to support talent decisions and track the effectiveness of development initiatives.

  • Report regularly to senior management on talent health metrics, succession coverage, and organizational effectiveness indicators.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on talent strategies.

  • Work cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and external partners to drive people development agendas.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related areas.
  • Strong background in succession planning, leadership development, and organizational behavior.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of business operations and talent implications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in talent assessment tools and organizational development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data for decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or professional certification in Talent Management or Organizational Development.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering-based organization.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
