Job Description
We are looking for a
strategic, proactive, and driven Partnerships Associate
(Sales) This role involves lots of
relationship building
to form strong partnerships with clients and collaborators. Being a part of the partnerships (sales) team, you will be driving the revenue growth as a part of a fast-growing
training & research institute,
training corporates and government in the
smart way of using AI
(based on neuroscience). We are in the stage of scaling our impact – there are
plenty of opportunities
to innovate, learn, and apply your talents. You will be working within a
tight-knit group
of
youths
driven by our social mission. This role has a pathway to eventually become Head of Partnerships or C-suite role in the near future.
Job scope
- Continuously
build & manage relationships
with partner clients (prospective and recurring) and partner collaborators, through meetings and ongoing communication - Strategically structure
deals & partnerships
that optimise for impact and value - Organise the operational record of
partnerships
using CRM, spreadsheets, documents - Recommend
partnerships strategies
alongside management team to drive business growth - Lead / support ad-hoc initiatives to
flexibly adapt
to the needs of our fast-paced growth - (optional) Carry out
analytics
to improve business performance and inform decision making
Requirements
Language / skills
- Strong
relationship building
and communication skills - Strong
business acumen
to understand needs/opportunities - Above average
digital skills
with experience in Excel, & Word, and ability to communicate effectively through
digital channels
(email, video conference, online messaging) - Strong command of
English
(spoken and written) - (optional) Good command of Malay
Experience / qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in B2B sales or partnerships
- [Preferred] Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree (undergraduate)
