Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and documentation.
- Maintain property listings, agreements, and client databases.
- Coordinate schedules for property viewings and meetings.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and marketing materials as required.
- Handle calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Contact potential sellers, buyers, and landlords to promote listings and services.
- Create and update property listings on online portals and social media platforms.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and posts.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with clients.
- Gather market feedback and maintain regular communication with clients.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Pleasant personality with a positive and customer-service attitude.
- Possess own transport (added advantage).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM4,000.00 per month
