The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of the marketplace by developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.

**Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain effective relationships with existing customers and partners.

**Sales and Negotiation**: Meet with potential clients to determine their needs and propose solutions that meet their needs, preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients and secure a deal.

**Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

**Performance Tracking**: Track sales data and work towards monthly or annual targets.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.

3. Strong market knowledge and experience in working with SMEs.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

5. Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.

**Personal Attributes**:
1. Self-motivated and driven.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
