**Key Responsibilities**1. **Strategic Planning & Execution**
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
- Identify new business opportunities (markets, products, partnerships) to drive growth and profitability.
- Prepare business plans, presentations, and reports for senior management and board meetings.

2. **Market Research & Analysis**
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to assess risks and opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to evaluate new initiatives.
- Identify emerging markets and recommend actionable strategies to capitalize on them.

3. **Partnerships & Client Relationships**
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players, clients, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to optimize business value.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

4. **Revenue Growth & Sales Performance**
- Set revenue and business growth targets in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on business development strategies and execution.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, and provide recommendations to improve revenue streams.

5. **Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead and mentor the business development team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities to team members.

6. **Financial Management**
- Develop and manage budgets for business development activities.
- Monitor ROI for business initiatives and ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic goals.
- Ensure proper risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Requirements**1. **Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth targets and managing high-level partnerships.

2. **Skills & Competencies**
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- High level of strategic thinking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM9,500.00 - RM15,500.00 per month
