**Position Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and manage social media strategies and content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). - Plan, schedule, and execute posts that engage and grow our online community. - Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and track performance using analytics tools. - Produce creative and engaging videos for social media platforms, including short-form videos (Reels, TikTok). - Create clear and engaging copy for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice. - Assist in planning, organizing, and executing both virtual and in-person marketing events. - Support event logistics, including coordination with vendors, preparing marketing materials, and overseeing on-site operations. - Ensure event activities align with the overall marketing strategy and brand objectives. **Job Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, video production, SEO, and copywriting. - Strong creative skills, with a passion for producing compelling content. - Expertise in video creation and editing using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar software. - Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and best practices for digital marketing. - Experience in event management or supporting event coordination is a plus. - Up to date with the latest trends in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Meal provided - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - Total year of experience in KOL Management? - Total year of experience in social media management? - this is immediate hiring need, are you able to join immediately? if "NO" kindly state your resignation notice period. **Experience**: - Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
