Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to implement effective marketing strategies
  • Monitor and review sales performance to ensure targets are achieved
  • Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and others)
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and online sales
  • Identify market needs, seasonal trends, and business opportunities
  • Guide and coach the sales team to meet performance goals
  • Conduct market research and adjust marketing strategies based on findings
  • Explore potential business partnerships and new opportunities
  • Review and analyze marketing and sales performance
  • Manage content creation for online marketing and branding
  • Analyze marketing data to support strategic decisions
  • Plan and lead online activities, events, and webinars
  • Create and manage engaging social media content and respond to followers
  • Handle multiple marketing projects and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to write compelling content for various communication channels
  • Independent, self-motivated, high integrity, and result-oriented
  • Willing to work overtime when required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic, flexible, creative, and able to think outside the box
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with social media operations
  • Pleasant personality with a positive working attitude
  • Outspoken, confident, and performance driven
  • Must have own transport
  • Malaysian candidates only
