**Responsibilities**:

- **⁠** Promote the school’s academic offerings and unique value propositions to prospective parents and students.
- ⁠Support and participate in school-organized events such as Open Days, Info Days, and Preview Days held on weekends.
- Represent the school at roadshows, education fairs, and mall promotional events to engage with the local community.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries to convert interest into enrolments.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team to create and execute campaigns targeting key demographics.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and content in multiple languages.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics and event outcomes.
- ⁠Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the school’s programs, curriculum, and competitive landscape.

**Requirements**:

- **⁠**Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service; experience in the education sector is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Must be willing to work on weekends for events and roadshows (on a rotational schedule).
- Proficiency in Malay, English, and Chinese is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
