**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Development**:

- Lead the development of new food and beverage products from concept to launch, including formulation, testing, and refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market needs, regulatory standards, and company objectives.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to validate product concepts and improvements.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data and insights to guide product innovation and make strategic recommendations.

**Outlet Visits**:

- Travel frequently to various company outlets to monitor product performance, gather feedback, and assess the implementation of new products and processes.
- Build strong relationships with outlet staff to facilitate the smooth introduction of new products and gather valuable insights for continuous improvement.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that new and existing products meet quality standards and comply with food safety regulations.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve any product-related issues and maintain high standards.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other external partners to support product development and troubleshoot any issues.
- Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders**.**

**Innovation**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and consumer preferences to drive innovation.
- Propose and implement creative solutions to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications: Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in research and development within the food and beverage industry, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Experience with frequent travel and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Other Requirements**:
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including occasional overnight stays. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: This position requires frequent travel to company outlets, suppliers, and industry events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
