As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new and existing business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue, expanding market share, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Qualify Leads:

- Proactively research and identify potential clients and industries.
- Evaluate leads for potential business opportunities and qualify them based on company criteria.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Generate new business through cold calls, networking, and client referrals.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company guidelines.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Reporting and Forecasting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
