What you'll be doing?
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize operations and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a diverse team across Material Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics functions.
  • Forecasting and Inventory Management: Utilize your expertise to enhance demand planning and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Supplier Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  • System Optimization: Leverage your knowledge of SAP/MRP systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
Who are they looking for?
  • Extensive Experience: Bring at least 15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
  • Leadership Prowess: Demonstrate a strong track record in leading full-scale supply chain functions and driving teams to success.
  • Strategic Thinker: Show your ability to plan strategically, forecast accurately, and manage inventory and supplier relationships effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Possess familiarity with SAP/MRP systems to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Communication Expert: Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilient and Proactive: Embody a hands-on approach with strong ownership, results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Multilingual Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate smooth communication across various business contexts.
