Job Description:

1. Strategy & Planning: Design robust performance test strategies (Load, Stress, Endurance) based on business requirements and expected traffic for insurance applications.

2. Scripting & Execution: Develop complex, realistic load scenarios and scripts using Micro Focus LoadRunner and execute tests in dedicated environments.

3. Analysis & Tuning: Conduct deep analysis of results, system metrics, and logs to pin-point performance bottlenecks (application code, database, infrastructure).

4. Troubleshooting: Collaborate with development and architecture teams to recommend and validate solutions for performance tuning (e.g., SQL optimization, code fixes).

5. Reporting: Produce clear, actionable performance reports for technical and management stakeholders.

Required Skills

1. 5+ Years dedicated experience in Performance Testing/Engineering.

2. Mandatory hands-on expertise with Micro Focus LoadRunner/ Performance Center.

3. Strong knowledge of SQL for database performance analysis and tuning.

4. Understanding of standard insurance/Takaful system architectures (Policy Admin, Claims, Digital Channels).

5. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics).

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
