  • Investigate infrastructure and security events for incident notifications
  • Monitor malware on instances
  • Remediate malware-infected instances
  • Security group, NACL, firewall configuration
  • Security infrastructure incident handling
  • Compliance management (CIS/NIST/SOC2/ISO standards)
  • SIEM configuration (AWS native services)
  • IAM/SSO access management
  • Create cross-account IAM admin roles
  • Secure AWS root credentials
  • Break-glass account access and management
  • Define IAM user roles/groups
  • Grant IAM roles for API & Console access
  • Manage privileged credentials across AWS cloud
  • Operate federated authentication (console/API access)
  • Add/remove users from federated auth system
  • IAM/SSO governance
  • VPC setup, subnet allocation, routing, and configuration
  • Allocate private/public address space for VPCs
  • Configure & operate cloud firewalls/proxies
  • Networking (VPN, DirectConnect) configuration & implementation
  • Monitor network security (security groups, NACLs, VPC flow logs)
  • Cross-account dependencies (Shared Services / Audit / Log Archive)
  • Manage Shared Services account
  • Manage Audit account (log aggregation, read-only review)
  • Manage Log Archive account (log retention, immutability)
  • Perform forensic log analysis & review
  • Security architecture advisory
  • Audit support & evidence collection
  • Configure assessment targets & templates
  • Monitor security & vulnerability findings
  • Investigate findings & assign remediation owner
  • Remediate EC2/container/Lamda vulnerabilities
  • Track remediation progress & validate fixes
  • Deploy EDR agent on EC2 / containers
  • Maintain agent updates & health-check
  • Monitor security events
  • Investigate and validate findings
  • Remediate actionable security findings
  • Track exceptions and suppression actions
  • Ensure compliance with policies (CIS/NIST/ISO)
  • Maintain logs, integrity, and retention
  • Provide audit support and evidence collection
