  • We are looking for a proactive and dependable Business Support Coordinator to support HQ office operations while providing essential administrative and operational support to our chiropractic clinics.
  • In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that supplies, inventory coordination, and documentation are well managed, so clinic day-to-day operations run smoothly without disruption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Administration (HQ)

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including filing, documentation management, office supplies coordination, and courier arrangements.
  • Support HQ operations through document tracking, data entry, and maintenance of inventory records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as required to support office operations.

2. Clinic Operations Support

  • Coordinate and carry out supply deliveries to clinic locations when required (mileage reimbursement applicable).
  • Conduct occasional on-site stock checks and assist in monitoring clinic assets.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement between HQ and clinic locations.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager or Area Managers to schedule clinic visits while minimizing disruption to clinic operations.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with clinic staff and chiropractors to ensure smooth coordination of administrative support.
  • Act as a key liaison between HQ and clinic teams for administration and operations-related matters.
  • Provide timely updates on administrative activities that may impact clinic operations.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a valid driving license and is comfortable traveling between our clinics as part of the role.
  • Is reliable, hands-on, and takes ownership of tasks — whether it's delivering supplies, checking stock, or organizing paperwork.
  • Can communicate well and build positive working relationships with both clinic staff and managers.
  • Has good attention to detail and keeps things organized, especially when it comes to admin records or inventory.
  • Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferably has some experience in admin, clinic, logistics, or operations — but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
