As a Trainee Service Specialist (Barista), you will be the face of Lucky Cup Coffee Café. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. This role requires passion for coffee, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced F&B setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.

· Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience.

· Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/point-of-sale transactions.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and café area in compliance with food safety standards.

· Monitor stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and packaging, and report replenishment needs to the supervisor/manager.

· Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.

· Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and smooth operations.

· Uphold Lucky Cup Coffee Café's brand image, service quality, and operational standards.

Job Requirements

· Minimum SPM qualification

· Prior experience as a barista or in F&B service is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided).

· Passionate about coffee and customer service.

· Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

· Energetic, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
