What you'll be doing

  • Participate in the overall project planning process from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with consultants, internal departments, and contractors regarding scheduling, design, budgeting, quality control approval, and progress claim certificates.
  • Receive and issue documents under transmittal, both externally and internally, in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Coordinate with team members to optimize departmental operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the database.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports as required by management.
  • Ensure that all documents are error-free before submission to any party.
  • Ensure that all documents (e.g., projects or engineering) are thoroughly checked and submitted on time, prior to the document submission due date.
  • Ensure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to appropriate staff, contractors, suppliers, etc., as applicable.
  • Manage the receipt and dispatch of mail and correspondence, including registration and filing.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of records and documents.
  • Record and file all documentation exchanged between the department, contractors, suppliers, consultants, etc.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Possess sound knowledge and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with strong client-facing capabilities and the ability to motivate teams to meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • A pleasant disposition, resourcefulness, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and take on additional responsibilities for professional growth.
