The opportunity

All-Ivory Enterprise Sdn Bhd' is seeking an experienced Account Clerk to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. As an Account Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial records and accounts for our growing business.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Petty Cash Claim for site supervisor & ank Online payment Transaction
  • Monthly bank reconcilaition
  • Generate monthly report from system
  • Prepare salary and submit KWSP, SOCSO & EIS
  • Maintaning proper filing system office
  • Updating the leave detail staff and attendance records
