ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

a) Handle daily accounting functions, including Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payables / GL entries.

b) Posting accounts receivable and payment receives to the accounting system.

c) Data entries GL, issue payments and prepares customer SOA.

d) Handle costing and reconciliation vendors SOA

e) Ensure accuracy, completeness costing timeliness.

f) Make sure accuracy of transactions posted to the related account code.

g) To organize a filing system for important and confidential company document.

h) Any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a) Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent fields

b) Must have at least 1 years of working experience in the accounting field.

c) Able to work independently with minimum supervision

d) Attention to detail

e) Required skill(s): MS Office, any Accounting Software
