Applicant will be responsible for the Wellness and Regenerative Medicine division, ACT Health of Aglow Medical Group.
ACT Health is dedicated to addressing aging related issue with a specific focus on health optimization and illness therapeutic solutions. Our team is dedicated to promoting 'Healthful Enthusiasm' among our clients. Job description
As part of our growing team, you will leverage your talent and experience to lead the marketing efforts within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing activities within approved budgets to promote the company's products and services.
- Conduct market surveys, analyze consumer insights, and develop comprehensive marketing concepts to drive brand awareness and client engagement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing strategies and identify new opportunities in social media, digital platforms, and advertising channels.
- Monitor industry trends, evaluate competitors' communication strategies, and provide strategic recommendations based on market intelligence.
- Plan and implement public relations activities, official launches, promotions, exhibitions, and other in-house events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage advertising, promotions, and other marketing activities effectively.
- Oversee the overall marketing operations, review performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Achieve KPIs for new lead numbers and new lead first-sales targets generated through high-standard marketing channels.
- Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, focusing on strategic marketing and communications, preferably in the healthcare and skincare industry.
- Strong ability to work as part of a team to achieve marketing objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in public relations, event management, and advertising is preferred.
