**Job Purpose**:
To lead and works with brand owners to execute trade marketing strategies that drive availability visibility and sales growth across FMCG categories. This role also focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand market presence and channel reach.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Category teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Design and execute in-store activation, POSM deployment, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance metrics and ROI.

**Channel & Customer Engagement**
- Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Customize trade programs for different channels (modern trade, general trade, HORECA, E-Comm).
- Ensure consistent product representation and visibility across all touchpoints.

**Category Management**
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

**New Business Development**
- Identify and evaluate new market segments, channels, and product opportunities.
- Develop entry strategies for new categories or business lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale new initiatives.

**Budget & Planning**
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Forecast and plan promotional calendars in alignment with sales cycles.

**Insights & Reporting**
- Track and report on trade marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and market feedback.
- Provide actionable insights to improve future strategies and execution.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing within FMCG, preferably in beverages and non-food.
- Proven track record in channel development and new business initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with retail dynamics, shopper behavior, and category management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to deal effectively with all stakeholders
- Demonstrates presentation and communication skills.
- Creative mind, not afraid to question and improve the “status quo”
- Strong conceptual thinking
