**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Leadership**: Manage and monitor daily trading operations, including procurement, sales, logistics, and inventory control.
- **Strategic Planning**:Analyze market trends, identify new products or suppliers, and support the expansion of trading activities locally and regionally.
- **Supplier & Customer Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers to ensure consistent supply and demand alignment.
- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and execute short
- and long-term strategies to grow trading volume and profitability.
- **Team Management**:Lead and mentor the trading team to meet performance targets and ensure high standards of professionalism.
- **Risk & Compliance**:Ensure compliance with local laws, import/export regulations, and company policies.
- **Financial Control**: Manage pricing strategies, margin targets, and budget planning to achieve financial objectives.

**What We Desire from You**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in trading, procurement, distribution, or related fields; experience with regional or international trade is a plus.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to identify business opportunities and implement long-term strategic initiatives.
- **Commercial Acumen**:Strong understanding of trade negotiations, supplier management, and market analysis.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop effective trading strategies, manage risk, and explore new growth opportunities.
