**JOB SCOPE**
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to execute brand campaigns, go-to-market plans, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Analyse internal and external data (e.g., Nielsen) to create compelling sales stories and enhance brand engagement.
- Develop POSM materials with Marketing to ensure accurate brand message delivery to consumers.
- Plan, develop, and implement channel strategies to achieve sales and brand targets.
- Design promotions across channels with focus on ROI and maintain a clear Promotion Calendar.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign success.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**1. Education / Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

**2. Years of Relevant Experience / Knowledge**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within the FMCG sector.
- Experience in developing and executing channel strategies, promotional activities, and product launches.

**3. Specific Skills / Preferences**
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data (experience with Nielsen or similar tools is an advantage).
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing or CRM tools.

**4. Required Personal Attributes**
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Willingness to travel for market visits, events, and trade activities when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
