Responsibilities

  • Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency, smooth workflow, and excellent service delivery.
  • Assist in leading, training, and motivating the team to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and QA/QC requirements at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track stock usage, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent supply and cost control.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally, escalating major issues when necessary.
  • Assist in developing and managing staff schedules based on operational needs and business demands.
  • Support performance monitoring through sales reports and basic data analysis; provide insights and help implement operational improvements.
  • Uphold and enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies consistently.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Outlet Manager and upper management on operational updates, challenges, and improvement suggestions.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and assist in managing unexpected situations or crises with good problem-solving skills.

Assistant Outlet Manager – Job Requirements

  • Age: 25–35 years old (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or senior crew experience in the F&B industry; prior assistant manager experience is an advantage.
  • Leadership: Strong team supervision abilities with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and handle customer issues effectively.
  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are an advantage.
  • Languages: Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.
  • Vaccination: Fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
  • Transport: Own transport is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
