What you'll be doing?
  • Strategic brand leadership: Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives, defining brand positioning and long-term growth strategies.
  • Campaign management: Lead end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Product innovation: Oversee new product development and launches, collaborating closely with R&D, packaging, and supply chain teams.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to drive insights and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and senior management to ensure brand success.
Who are they looking for?
  • Marketing expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 2 years of brand management experience, preferably in color cosmetics, beauty, or skincare.
  • Industry background: Experience in the color cosmetics industry, such as with the Hebe group, to bring valuable insights and understanding of the market.
  • Business acumen: Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness to make data-driven decisions and optimize brand performance.
  • Leadership skills: Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creative mindset: A passion for consumer brands, creative thinking, and an eye for detail to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
  • Technical proficiency: Competence in marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite to support strategic decision-making.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and target markets.
