1. Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles across technical and non-technical functions.
- Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, social media, universities) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct talent market mapping and competitor benchmarking to advise recruiters and hiring managers.
2. Employer Branding
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attractiveness of the company to potential candidates.
- Partner with Corporate Communications/Marketing to align recruitment campaigns with company brand identity.
- Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to highlight company culture, employee stories, and achievements.
- Plan and execute recruitment marketing activities such as career fairs, campus outreach, digital campaigns, and internal ambassador programs.
- Develop creative content (videos, visuals, posts) to showcase employee experience and career growth opportunities.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and sourcing priorities.
- Support the HR team in identifying sourcing analytics, reporting performance, and improving funnel conversion metrics.
- Train and mentor recruiters on sourcing tools, Boolean search, and branding best practices.
4. Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, and social media metrics.
- Recommend improvements to sourcing tools, platforms, and campaigns based on data insights.
- Stay updated on talent market trends, digital recruitment innovations, and employer branding best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment marketing, or employer branding (preferably in engineering, technology, or manufacturing industry).
- Proven track record of developing sourcing strategies and running branding campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital media, social recruitment, and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
