Job Descriptions:

• Site planning, supervision, coordination construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with sub-contractors and others stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress

• Monitor and ensure site manpower, material and equipment usage efficiently.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project requirements.

• Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly.

• Maintain quality documentation and site records as per company procedures.

• Prepare and update daily site records, progress photos.

• Assist the Project Manager in progress tracking and update.

• Interpret construction drawings and provide technical guidance to the site teams.

• Prepare and review shop drawings , method statements and material submission.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in civil or structural engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in high-rise building construction project.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
