Job Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate all shipping-related documents for K2 Audit and SST Audit (2024–2025).
  • Retrieve purchase records from Procurement and payment records from Finance.
  • Match and verify shipping documents against purchase records.
  • Prepare and arrange document copies for customs submission.
  • Update and manage shipping documentation accurately.
  • Perform E-Invoice compliance data entry.
  • Coordinate document handling with the warehouse team.
  • Enter Pallet and PLP K2 data into the SST system.
  • Support document tracking and collection processes with APB.
  • Providing administrative support to the shipping department as needed.

Job Requirement

  • Currently pursuing or enrolled in a Diploma or Degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Able to work well in a team and demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month
