**1. Sales Intern - Wire Harness Industry**

**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reporting To**: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and following up on quotations for customers.
- Support in handling customer RFQs and basic technical queries.
- Coordinate with engineering and production for pricing and lead times.
- Help maintain customer databases
- Participate in client meetings and internal sales reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree/diploma in **Business Administration**, **Marketing**, or **Management Studies**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and manufacturing workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

**2. Shipping & Logistics Intern - Wire Harness Industry**

**Department**: Logistics & Shipping
**Reporting To**: Shipping Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing shipping documents (invoice, packing list, etc.).
- Help track inbound/outbound shipments and update delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with courier companies
- Learn export documentation
- Maintain records for audit and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing studies in **Supply Chain Management**, **Logistics**, or **Business Administration**.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and basic logistics terms is a bonus.

**3. Project Intern - New Product Development (Wire Harness)**

**Department**: Project
**Reporting To**: Project Engineer / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing project timelines and tracking progress.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate drawing approvals and sample development.
- Document customer requirements and internal process flows.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in **Project Management**, or **Business Administration** or **Business statistics**:

- Basic understanding of project lifecycle and documentation.
- Knowledge of wiring diagrams or engineering drawings is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

**4. Planning Intern - Production & Material Planning (PPC)**

**Department**: Planning (PPC)
**Reporting To**: Planning Executive / Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Support in preparing daily/weekly production schedules.
- Track material requirements and help update inventory records.
- Follow up with stores, production, and purchase departments.
- Assist in analyzing demand and lead time data.
- Document production deviations or shortages.

**Requirements**:

- Currently studying **Supply Chain**, **Operations Management**, or **Business Administration**.
- Strong Excel and data entry skills.
- Exposure to planning or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Analytical and process-oriented thinking.

**5. HR Intern - Admin & Human Resources**

**Department**: Human Resources
**Reporting To**: HR Executive / Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, scheduling interviews).
- Help in onboarding documentation and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and attendance sheets.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare events.
- Learn about statutory compliance and labor law basics.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in **Human Resource Management**, **Business Admin**, or **Management Studies**.
- Good people skills and discretion with confidential data.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus.
