Job Responsibilities:

- Planning, organizing and managing export operational activities by ensuring effective shipping documents preparation and submission for both local and mainly export shipment (Eg: Stocks allocations, vessel booking, scheduling, shipping documentations, inspection arrangement, custom declarations form etc).
- Responsible for effective outgoing logistics planning and tracking of customer order, delivery schedule, delivery instructions in order to ensure on time delivery & meet customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for order processing includes Sales Order, Delivery Order until invoice preparations in SAP to be ready on time which are controlled, monitored, supervised or operated by this position.
- Work with internal team and external parties to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule as per required.
- Well versed with custom clearance and international shipping requirements as well as Incoterms.
- Determine corresponding to all relevant shipping costs and analyse on shipping related expenses.
- Work closely with relevant dept and leads Shipping team in continuous improvement of system changes, workflows, written procedures and work instructions.
- Take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by HOD or Management.

Job Requirements:

- Degree holder with relevant export experience in Manufacturing industry, preferably FMCG
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge in logistics, exports, inventories & shipping documentations.
- Well verse in land transport and sea shipments.
- Good command of English.

**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)
