  • Implement and reinforce customer service standards among team.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolutions are reached promptly.
  • To ensure customer complaints or feedback been address.
  • Relay information on promotion, product updates, and operational changes to the team.
  • To ensure promotional material and banners are up to date.
  • Order and follow up on product and do frequent replenishment on shelves.
  • To ensure proper stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory reconciliation.
  • To ensure all displays are well organized and visually appealing.
  • To ensure product arrange logically by categorized, size and colour. To ensure high demanditems place prominently. To ensure balanced distribution of products to prevent overcrowding or empty shelves.
  • To ensure the check out process efficient, organized and POS system working correctly.
  • To ensure sales target being met for the current period.
  • To ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
  • To ensure fitting rooms are tidy and well organized.
  • To ensure mirror, lighting, and other fixtures are good working.
  • To ensure outlets clean and well maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
