About the Role

As a Sustainability Executive at Eco World Development Group Berhad, you will play a key role in supporting our sustainability initiatives and ESG integration across the organisation. This full-time role offers you a dynamic platform to contribute to an innovative and environmentally-conscious organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

· Collect, validate and analyse ESG data to track KPIs, identify trends, and support reporting.

· Prepare sustainability reports, presentations and communication materials for management, investors and internal campaigns.

· Research ESG regulations, competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy and benchmarking.

· Support workshops, training and stakeholder engagements that build sustainability awareness.

· Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness for ESG data and disclosures.

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

· Fresh Graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, ESG or corporate governance or related areas, is an advantage.

· Familiarity with ESG data entry, documentation, or report preparation; knowledge of frameworks such as GRI, Integrated Reporting, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2) and ESG standards are beneficial.

· Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail, and proficiency in digital tools.

· Passion for sustainability and drive to learn and contribute to the growth of an environmentally responsible organisation.

Nice to Have

· Design or content creation skills for reports, campaigns and presentations.

· Data analytics or visualisation skills.

· Experience with stakeholder engagement, workshops or training.
