Role Description

As an Admin Intern, your key responsibilities will include:


• Assisting in daily office administrative tasks and documentation.


• Managing filing systems and ensuring proper record keeping.


• Handling correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls.


• Supporting the preparation of reports, meeting notes, and schedules.


• Coordinating team activities, recruitment support, and training logistics.


• Assisting in data entry, database updates, and maintaining records.


• Performing other administrative tasks assigned by the team/management.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills and Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and productivity tools, including MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Organizational and time-management skills are highly favorable
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
