The Student Services Executive provides comprehensive support and assistance to students throughout their academic journey. It is a part of day-to-day administrative operations at the ACE EdVenture schools.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that students' information is up-to-date
  • Maintain accurate student records and databases
  • Preparation i.e. photocopying, printing, creation, etc. of documents requested by the Principal, Vice Principal, Administration Manager, Academic, and Non-Academic departments
  • Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively to students
  • Coordinate organisation-wide updates and announcements that go out to parents and students
  • Coordinate and fulfill the school academic calendar, events, and deadlines
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person
  • Address and provide guidance to students' requests and queries
  • Communicate with parents about emergencies pertaining to their children i.e. injuries, illness, etc.
  • Participate in orientation programs for new student
  • Manage students' ID and locker allocation
  • Track students' attendance and punctuality
  • Managing the logistics of classroom replacement and relocation (if needed)
  • Efficiently managing time and resources to meet the demands of student services department

Requirements and Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of using software like Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accuracy of information and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Emotional intelligence and management
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of people in the organisation
  • Maintaining confidentiality with students' information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
