Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing and Operations with data-driven forecasts by analyzing customer, market, and company data.
  • Collect, evaluate, and interpret data to transform insights into actionable business intelligence.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and assess customer, competitor, and market flow information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective data solutions.
  • Design data visualization dashboards to aid business decision-making.
  • Use statistical tools to identify trends and patterns for predictive and diagnostic analysis.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Identify data inaccuracies and ensure data integrity through proper validation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in data visualization using SPSS, SAS, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of SQL, R, and Python.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Experience in business metric analysis and algorithm application.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical skills with creativity in data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in process improvement and teamwork across organizational levels.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Data Analytics.
