Company Description

Satria Intelligence Agency Sdn Bhd is a leading private security agency providing a wide range of security services including Armed/Unarmed (security guards and bodyguards), convoy protection, CIT/CVIT, electronic security systems, drone surveillance, and security training. We work closely with our clients to provide reliable and cost-effective security solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Officer in Kuala Lumpur. The Operations Officer will oversee and manage the daily operations of the headquarters and branches, including security personnel, equipment inventories, developing SOPs, and budgets. The Operations Officer will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Must have the ability to work 'ON-CALL'

Qualifications

  • Experience in a management or leadership role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of security operations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Possesses a valid driving license (B2 & D)
  • A degree/diploma in business administration, security management, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge in handling firearms & CNU application/renewal
  • Ability to train security personnel for armed and unarmed guards, including Nepalese guards
