Job Scope:

  • Develop, implement, organize, monitor, supervise, review and evaluate all purchasing & procurement activities and related vendors.
  • Oversee purchasing and communication with vendors for school's items, equipment and facilities maintenance.
  • Responsible for vendor management system involving supplier identification, selection and development, contract negotiation and execution, and supplier performance management.
  • Continuous sourcing for new vendors, new alternative & competitive purchase
  • Lead the purchasing team to achieve competitive material cost, good quality purchase and drive for continuous improvement process.
  • Maintain and update all procedural documents and work instructions.
  • Monitor, control, and ensure accurate inventory and accurate documentation.
  • Assist in develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget for new or existing premises/center/school.
  • Assist in oversee and direct new center/school set up projects from conceptual to completion. Including planning on pre-construction stage, liaison with consultant, direct/indirect material/furniture/layout plan, sourcing and purchase, and follow up with relevant vendor/ authority.

Job Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Business Studies / Administration / Management, or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as Managerial role in purchasing/procurement/ supply chain field.
- Ability to adapt to various demands and expectations of a fast-growing company including thinking, planning, and acting/executing outside the box.
- Applicants must be willing to travel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
