Accounting:

  • Manage full-set of accounts: This includes handling accounts payable (paying bills), accounts receivable (collecting payments from clients), and maintaining the general ledger and able to meet tight deadline with minimum supervisor.

  • Prepare financial statements and reports: Generate accurate and timely financial reports for management review, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Oversee taxation: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle tax filings.

  • Manage cash flow: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure smooth operations.

  • Budgeting and financial analysis: Assist in the budgeting process and conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.

  • Track and manage expenses: Monitor and analyse expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction.

  • Verify book-keeping and data entry in Accounting Software

  • Perform reconciliation of accounts payable, receivable, bank, and inter-company balance

  • Liaising with tax agents, auditors, bankers, company secretaries and government departments, including processing annual financial statements

  • Preparation on of E-Invoicing

General:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks: Manage various administrative tasks related to both accounting and HR functions.

  • Support management in decision-making: Provide accurate and timely information and analysis to support management in making informed decisions.

  • Maintain confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Other duties as assigned: Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia / English / Mandarin
  3. At least 3 years of working experience
  4. Good personality will add value
  5. Good team player, good problem-solving skills, self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  6. Familiar in AutoCount accounting systems.
