About the role

GxP Solution Sdn Bhd' is seeking an experienced Project Executives role in Shah Alam, Selangor. As the Project Executives, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates
  • Preparation of reports, schedules, and other project documentation
  • Provide guidance and support to the construction team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • To do site visit.
  • To prepare project monthly report.
  • To prepare all presentation for meeting.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Project Executives or in a similar construction project executives role
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work well in a team and lead a diverse group of construction workers
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the construction industry
