Customer Success Specialist

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Mandarin speaking Customer Success Specialist (CSS) on behalf of our client, a leading global e-commerce brand.
In this role, you will support customers via inbound calls and emails, ensuring a smooth online shopping experience. You'll be part of a high-performing, multicultural support team that represents the client's values of professionalism, quality, and customer-first service.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent support to customers via phone and email
- Assist with online orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Handle payments and sensitive data securely
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude at all times
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
- Stay updated on products and meet performance KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent and above
- Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays
- At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (especially those with degrees in Mass Communication, English, or related fields)

Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
